It will when a label is printed or you can pick inpost which won't show. Depends on the delivery option the buyer picks. Believe you can remove your address, just means the parcel won't come back to you if it gets lost.
You can use lockers or collection point, for delivery, if you don't want your home address to appear on the label, that will only be the shop or locker address, but your name will be on it

I have my Vinted account set up through my Facebook so it’s my first and middle name, not last xx
The only time the seller gets any info about you is when you send an item cos it has sender's name on.
