Pain all day… is it labour
I’ve had cramps all day. Like period type cramps mixed with pain on one side of my back. No matter what I do, I cannot get comfortable. I’m 40 weeks pregnant today. Could this be the start of labour? I have no other symptoms of labour starting apart from that.

@Izzie it was the start of labour but I also have preeclampsia 😢 I have to be induced if it doesn’t progress by the morning. I thought it was a kidney infection due to the back pain but apparently pre eclampsia can damage your kidneys 😪
