I’ve been recommended a pregnancy ball by my physio, but looking online there’s different sizes… what size do I go for?

how do I know that tho without trying them? I don’t want to order the wrong one 😂

i have a 65 inch one (im pretty sure) if ur going to watch videos and follow along they usually in the beginning tell u what ball and how big the one they’re using is! good luck 🤍

Pretty sure it’s done based on height but worst case you can order different sizes and send one back?

Anyone else just suuuuper uncomfortable now? I can’t wait for this baby to arrive. I thought baby number 1 was uncomfortable but this is another level!

I am 14 w 5d and I still have not gained any weight and have minimal appetite. I am able to have snacks or small meals, so I’m not losing weight, but I am worried that I haven’t started gaining weight yet. I have so much anxiety all the time about what if my baby isn’t developing right or isn’t alright and I just don’t know it yet?

1 hour glucose

So i just failed my one hour glucose test with a 179, and im pretty sad and stressed out about it. Can people share positive stories about how they failed their 1 hour but passed the 3 hour? 😞 please and thank you💙

Blood pressure

Hi any mommas that have dealt with high BP during pregnancy? What did you do to help it? Did you have any symptoms? I personally don’t unless I’m that anxious and that’s why it keeps reading high but I do try to be as relaxed as possible I was on high BP medication when I was pregnant but I had to stop bc it wasn’t safe for baby. Please help a mama out I’m trying to see if any food or maybe work outs help me. Maintain also be stress free

Hey! How long did it take for you guys to get your results back? I been waiting a week now it feels like forever. Ugh I just wanna know what I’m having haha. Also did you get an email or did you get it on the app you use for your doctor?
