Spots

Hi, I wonder if anyone has come across a spot like on the picture below. My one year old developed one spot on the back of his thigh that went from a spot to red to now looking like this. Yesterday he also got a little spot on his nose that looked like a small scrach (pictured below) today that spot got red and much more visible.
I noticed one more tiny red spot today on his chest. We are going to the GP tomorrow for his vaccination so I will also ask the nurse for advice.
