Late nights

Am I the only one who wrestles with sleep at night because you can’t stay warm enough or cool enough ? I can literally be freezing so I bundle up , then I instantly start sweating , I try to take some layers off and then I’m having cold sweats. Omg it’s literally the worse and my fiance doesn’t make it any better because he wants to squeeze me like a teddy bear all the time. Literally feels like I can’t get enough air and super restless :(

Same!!! I’m just up hot and cold 😭😭 I think I’m caving and taking a unison tablet and my sleepy time tea tonight cause I just need to be knocked out for as long as I can before my body realizes I’m too hot or too cold 😭😭😭

Same!! I take 2 blankets while going to bed. Remove 1 angrily and crib at 4 am and then by 7 am I need the 2nd one plus thick socks again 🧦

It’s even worse when you wake up sweating but as soon as you take the layers off now you feel like you’re gonna get pneumonia 😭😭 I’ve woken up in pools of sweat this past week and I angrily fight the covers and pillows and have to deal with my fiance wanting to touch on me and I don’t even want to touch myself 😭🤣🤣

Yes. I'm up right now, sweating. I went to sleep with an extra blanket and now have none on. Now, I am just up starving and uncomfortable, unable to sleep while my baby and husband sleep soundly next to me. Lol the joys.

Omg yes me right now . I didn’t even try to go get in the bed , just plugged my electric blanket up down here in the living room and took a unisom sleep pill and about to drink my sleepy tea hoping it’ll just knock me out so I don’t notice how uncomfortable I am 😭😭🤣🤣

Dittoritos! And, I have to leave my feet out because they get sweaty for some reason. Like...how are they so hot and far?!

I am having the same dilemma! I used to sleep in a robe, but that is now impossible to do between hot and cold swings. It’s definitely a battle with the sheets and blankets at night.… I also get itchy, have to pee, and nauseous starving in the middle of the night. I keep getting a sinus infection that just keeps coming back to top it off. It’s a wonder I get any sleep at all! So far i have been miserable this (my second longest pregnancy. Had a few miscarriages prior to my first son.)

@Kimberley I have been dying with allergies and now i have bronchitis because of how crazy my allergies and runny/stuffy nose have been. Feel you on the sinus issues😭😭 Yes I feel this. It's not quite as bad as after giving birth but the temperature changes are crazy lol I told my husband during our first pregnancy that he had to give me space at night. He always puts his arm around my literal stomach and I have reflux really bad. So my stomach would get super warm from his arm and my nausea and reflux would get out of control. Now when I'm pregnant he leaves me be😂
