I had a c section too!! 🩷
Start slow. I tried doing a “boot camp” style training and didn’t realize how different my body was.
The thing that helped me with both my c sections was walking. I try to walk 8k a day and drink lotsssss of water x
I used this guys programme- his wife had a c section and he created a programme to help women who have had c sections lose weight. https://www.instagram.com/loicrostand?igsh=ZjV5M3JycHo4Mm0w

Hi mama!! I looked up a free tdee Calculator to see how many calories. I should eat to be in a deficit and then downloaded the Lose It! app. I started with interment fasting, and that really helped me kicked things off. What has really helped me has been being consistent with getting as close to 10 K steps as possible in a day and sticking into the calorie deficit. I’m down 39lb since I gave birth and 20lb since I actually decided I wanted to set a goal of getting to my pre pregnancy weight! I’m about 11mo pp
