Does this look like hand foot and mouth??
Our son wake up vomiting today, has been fine other than a cough since that happened, and now he has this rash suddenly on his hands. He says it doesn’t itch or hurt, but feels warm. Doesn’t have blisters or anything. More photos in comments.
Never witnessed this before and he’s our oldest (4years)

My sons hands looked like this before the blisters came out when he had Hfm

To me it does like that's how it started looking like at the beginning (for my son not me)
