HELP!!
Broke up with BD a week after finding out I was pregnant due to not wanting to be around his abusive behaviours (game or my child). I was scared to fully cut contact because of it though and so tried for a couple months to be amicable with him, but I eventually had to cut contact due to his behaviour and the anxiety it caused me. He’s messaged my mum 3x since I cut contact regarding the baby. Once not long after I cut contact, once at 38 weeks, and then again today.
This last message he threatened to go through a welfare report to find information out on my baby (I’m aware the police won’t inform him of anything - he doesn’t live with us, he’s not on the certificate and hasn’t been near me at all since 10 weeks of pregnancy, he’s got no rights to my baby). However, wondering if any other mums have successfully postponed or prevented contact all together? He’s made sexual comments about my 14 year old sister and has been reported by me to the police previously for sexual abuse, and my family have witnessed the verbal abuse. I’m desperate to protect my daughter, has anyone had any success??? If so, how!!!!

No they can’t give out information unless you give permission maybe get a restraining order as he’s not on the birth certificate he has no legal rights with the baby and will have to prove he’s the father of the baby before getting any rights
