I’ve had mine coming up to a year now.. no problems

I've got this one, my back wheel is rattly as well. I was wondering if they are under warranty. I've had mine since Nov.

where did you buy yours from John Lewis or official store online

Not the peach 7 but I have the orange 4 and had a million problems with it. Icandy customer service kept telling me they weren’t ’known problems’ and it was just me even though I’ve seen so many complaints online about the same things. I’ve had to have all 4 wheels changed and the brake because the brake completely failed with baby in the pram. I’d contact them and complain, so many problems for such expensive prams! x

Yes, good zip broke so there was a massive hole between bassinet and hood in the middle of winter and I physically cannot get the wheels to unlock from each other with the button, so I have to snap them apart. It’s a pile of crap and for the price I’m seriously not impressed

I got mine from John Lewis who have been really helpful. It’s icandy that seem to make me jump through hoops. For the price of the pram it’s a bit of a joke really. Then being left without a pram while they ‘repair’ it.

How long have you’ve been waiting for them to repair? I thought maybe they’d just sent you replacement for the new parts or something

My handle rattles when we go over any terrain that isn’t smooth. Sent it back for repair but it’s come back the same, appears to just be down to the design of the folding mechanism. My wheels also make an annoying rattle sound too. Very frustrating.

They repair within a week but that’s a week without a pram. They also don’t send out new parts first time round - well that’s what they told me 🤷🏼‍♀️

so annoying isn’t it! Can’t be fit for purpose!
