Dressing for sleep
Hey Mummas,
I’ve seen all of the charts dressing baby for sleep. My little one is 6 months and sleeps in a vest, a babygrow and a sleep bag. Does anyone know whether the charts apply to internal temperature or external temperature? Has anyone started cutting back on their babies layers yet?

The charts are usually based on the room temperature, for example within 16-20 degrees in the room
We started doing baby grow and 2.5 sleeping bag, but if it stays being so chilly we’ll go back to the 3 layers like you as we just moved him to his own room! 🥲
