Coughing in night
One year old caught a cold and is constantly coughing in the night to the point where he cant sleep it disturbs him that much so fustrating for us too because dont know what to do to help. We bought a humidifier but that doesnt do anything, put on calpol plug in what else can we do? Were not sleeping and hes not either

Maybe try using pillow to pop up head, baby rub, saline drops and snot sucker may help
am i allowed to use pillow? It says online not to until theyre 2?
Ah didn't know this it says due to risk of suffocation my lo is co sleeping so may not be so much of an issue it's tough hope it improves for you! Also kiwis are good for vitamin c :)
Having the same issue. Co-slept for the first time last night. Well more like she slept intermittently, coughing, gapping and crying and I stayed awake making sure she didn’t fall off the bed as she rolls a lot. This is horrible, we feel completely helpless.
Been having the same problem despite raising one side of the cot, using snuffle babe on chest and feet, snuffle babe in pots of hot water around the room, a humidifier plus cough syrup!
Is your lo prone to coughing? We are getting ours checked out by a doctor. We want to check for asthma x
