Thoughts on Doona X?

Does anyone have experience with Doona X? We are considering buying it (not as the primary buggy) but to use as car seat and when travelling.

I wouldn’t buy it personally, it doesn’t have much longevity as it only lasts until the child is 85cm or 13kg. My daughter hit 85cm when she was 20 months old.

They also aren’t meant to be the best for spine/body positioning.

I absolutely love mine I live in a flat so it’s helped massively taking my son to and from the car and saved my back I also had a c section so it’s honestly been amazing it’s so easy to just fold down and get him in in seconds I know it will only last till he’s 13kg so will have to buy a new car seat then but I’ll definitely be using it with my next baby if I have one it’s so easy to run in the shops with too instead of having to get the buggy out the fact it reclines is also a plus point I honestly have no negatives to it I’ve been using it 5 months it’s also not my main buggy that I use for long walks or outings c

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Bath Time

Help! My baby is 3 and a half weeks old. Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Don’t want to leave my first born😭😭😭

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂

Sleeping

Hi all!
I need some advice my son is 5 months on Tuesday at what age do they sleep in their cot? As he’s still in his bassinet in our bedroom any advice would be fab thank you🫶🏼🫶🏼

No more naps! 10 month old

For a few days now my 10m old has fought her 2 daily naps. Normally her wake windows were 3-4 hours and she is now eventually napping after a 6 hour wake window. Today was only one nap, she skipped the second one. Used to nap like clockwork so I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Also very unsettled most nights and doesn’t sleep well at all
