Baby not crawling at 11 months

Hi all,
My baby will turn 1 in April, but has not crawled properly yet. We have tried practising with him and also crawl in front of him to see how it’s done. He makes an effort once and then leaves it to that. He moves and reaches objects he wants by moving around. He gets on his 4s and the crawling position but gives up too soon. Any suggestions please to help my baby crawl?

Don’t worry mama!! My 4/21 baby just learned to crawl recently and randomly. Every baby goes at their own pace. I know several who’s babies didn’t crawl till after turning 1

I wouldn’t worry just yet but if you do want to get him crawling have you tried having him around other children a lot? When my LG was first learning to crawl she would be so much more eager to try when we was at play groups and soft plays because she’d see all of the other kids around her doing it and she would want to play with them. I would take her to 3 play groups a week when she was first learning because I could see that’s when she’d put the most effort in on her own without my help. I know this isn’t always possible if you’ve gone back to work and things but just a suggestion I’m sure he’ll get there in no time xx

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
