Baby Shower Thank You Gifts

I'm throwing a baby shower with three other people and wanted to get gifts saying "thank you for helping plan the party". Is that too much? Is it over the top? It's also not a huge baby shower but good sized.

It's a great idea. I am sure a lot of work is going into the shower so an Thank you gift is so nice to receive and feel appreciated.

@Crystal I'm not the mom so is it weird or too much? Everyone feels like the parents aren't appreciative and I thought this might be a good way to thank them. Even if I say it's from the parents.
