If you pay to move into a place (first, last, security) and you decide you don’t want to move will the landlord give you your money back? Lease started on the 15th of march it’s the 17th.

They most likely don’t have to, as the lease already started. It never hurts to ask but your contract should say how to terminate the lease

They most likely won't, since the lease already started and you may even have to pay an early cancellation fee to break the lease. You may also have a lease break on your credit history if the landlord chooses to go down that route.

If you paid first and last, unfortunately that’s nonrefundable and stays with them but now they already have two months covered to find a new tenant, which is more than enough time. The security deposit needs to go back to you, if you are month to month. You have a lease, so you have to read the lease agreement carefully.
