I second the foam pads/play mats. But honestly they’ll crawl/walk on anything so I wouldn’t worry too much! I got some knee pads for my son last year as our garden is predominately concrete/slabs and he managed fine.

You can also lay a couple of strips of synthetic grass if you wanted a more permanent albeit more expensive option, you can glue them down on concrete. And then climbing/play equipment on top.

A water table also, my son loves his except we don’t have a garden so it’s inside and I will oftentimes use it as a sensory bin too

this looks great just an Amazon job or somewhere else?
