I'm 14 weeks pregnant with my son. Recently I've been having these little gold specks on my vision. I had them when I was pregnant with my daughter too. My midwife told me it wasn't anything to worry about, that was her favorite thing to tell me, that and drink more water. Turns out I was showing signs of gestational hypertension my entire pregnancy and had to be induced which led to 38.5 hrs of labor and then a c-section. Now I'm experiencing these gold flecks again and I how with don't know if it's serious or not. Should I be worried? Are they normal?

This sounds like photopsia. I have not experienced this but I do know of several serious conditions that this is linked to this symptom. I would talk to your Dr. right away to rule out anything serious. Changes in your vision without any eye trauma or aging typically are not normal.

Sounds like high blood pressure which is very common in pregnant women due to stress and worried about so many things sat once

High blood pressure or low iron

I have high blood pressure and was diagnosed with preeclampsia during and post pregnancy. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and had my son two months early because I maxed out on every medication that I could safely take.
Have you been diagnosed hypertensive or with preeclampsia?

This happens to me before passing out

You need to get checked for preeclampsia.

I had gestational hypertension with my last pregnancy. I had to be induced 2 weeks early. I'm only 15 weeks. I have an appt the first week of April for my check up.
