I had my 29-week appointment today, and the midwife measured my fundal height at around 27 cm—the same as my 26-week measurement. However, I had a scan just last week, and the sonographer was confident that my baby is growing perfectly. I have no idea how he could have grown and then “shrunk” in such a short time! I genuinely believe the midwife measured incorrectly because I checked myself twice with a tape measure and got 30 cm. Has anyone else experienced this?🤦🏾♀️

I have even had growth scans come back saying he haddnt grown in 4 weeks when he had, it’s definitely human error sometimes! 🫣

honestly the little panic you have just to find out it’s nowt🤣😭. It’s like they want me to have high blood pressure

Honestly I don’t trust the fundal measurements anymore. My bump was measured to be under the 10th percentile and then scan came back with baby being 93rd percentile. A HUGE margin of error. Pointless to measure the bump I think 😅

My fundal measurement la at 24+3 weeks was showing I was 7 weeks ahead , so I was showing the size of 31 weeks,i went for a scan on the Friday the day I turned 25 weeks and they said I just carry big that he was measuring spot on 25 weeks x

i am facing the same issue - how did your scan go?

The Scan went well, my baby was measuring on target. I just say with bump measurements take them with a pinch a salt as sometimes it down to them measuring wrong
