You’ve been stripped from all your freedom your social life has gone you can’t even take a bloody shower without asking permission like of course you’re lonely. Totally normal… it’s a whole new life your living, different from what you’ve known for a long time. It takes time to adjust and specially when all the visits start to drop off and everyone else goes back to ‘normal’ life. I got really down but then found this app, got some good advice, tried new things, got my shoes on went for walks, got out to the charity shops, went for a coffee with a book, make the most of it because it doesn’t last long enough. ❤️❤️
