Nanny taking photos

I recently had a nanny who used to take pictures of my children and do video calls when i wasn't there. I only discovered this as I was looking back through the clips. She has gone now, i need these pictures off of her phone. I feel anxious.

Please note we had to let her go before she had become quite aggressive

Does anybody know of anyone who might be able to assist? Or can give advice?
