Is it normal?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and recently started noticing swelling in my hands and feet. Has anyone else experienced this?

Definitely Normal. The swelling for me always showed up towards the end of my pregnancy (third trimester). I swell in my hands more when i walk and the heat also makes us swell more

Yeah totally normal. I took my son out today for longer than normal in the warm weather. My ankles are just giant sausages. Attempt to put your feet up when you can.

I’ve been wearing my thigh high compression tights religiously this week. Currently 35+5. My poor feet look puffy when I got bed and sometimes I have morning puffiness.

Yes, girl is perfectly normal. The same thing happened to me from stress. I’m OK now and you should be fine. Just take warm bath with Epson salt!!

Yes normal. Severe/rapid swelling can be a symptom of something serious but baby and extra weight & fluid make it hard for fluids to circulate properly.

As other posters have said. Wear compression stockings, find time to put your feet up (ideally above your heart), I soaked my feet in some cool (NOT cold - you don't want your feet to go numb and cause you to fall) water the other day and it felt AMAZING.
