I have a 7 month old and if I’m not watching her I’m exhausted trying to get rest. Any tips on how I can carve out time to do projects? If I try while she’s around she just wants to get into my stuff.

Do you have a jumper or bouncer she can play in while you get some stuff done? That way she is still in your sight but she is distracted with her own stuff?
I have an activity center and she only likes to be in there for like 5 minutes then wants me to take her out 🤦♀️

I got a play pen that's pretty big and try and leave my 9mo old in there with all baby safe toys making sure my toddler doesn't drop anything small/choking hazard into it. This way the baby can crawl around, I put an activity table in it and a pottery barn anywhere chair so he can stand and climb and play and chew on whatever is in there

This isn't the exact one I have but it's like this https://www.amazon.com/Playpen-playpen-Toddlers-Portable-Anti-Slip/dp/B09JCG2YRW

I second we have a playpen and I usually put my lo in for independent play and will work on my projects or sometimes when she’s napping or a bit when she goes to bed. I usually don’t get to spend a lot of time but I can get a good amount done in 30min or so

I put up a swing /hammock thing next to my craft desk so when I’m ready to craft I put her in there with a bottle 💗 and if it doesn’t work I wait until her nap time or bed time 💗
