Tapo camera
Can anyone who uses a Tapo camera as a baby camera help me please. Am I able to take the camera away with us to use it away from our WiFi?
We’re going away at the weekend to a cabin and would love to be able to use the camera to watch our toddler from outside while we’re in the hot tub/cooking etc but not sure how to/if I can connect it to mobile data?

We use tapo stuff for our home security, light bulbs etc (don't have a baby monitor yet)
I'm guessing you could have your phone as a WiFi hot-spot and connect to it as if it's a normal WiFi router..
I'd test it out at home to check it works first
I have tapo but whenever I go away I use a basic monitor that doesn’t requires wifi. The camera is not the nest but I’m able to see her and hear if she cries. It has been the best solution, rather than resetting the camera wifi
Yes! Just need to re set it up with the WiFi where you’re staying and then redo it again once home but yes deffo can do!
