This is probably a stupid question but up until this point my little boy (2yo) has slept in sleepsuits with feet. Now he's getting older i think he'll start sleeping in pyjamas or footless sleepsuits. I don't know whether I should put him in socks or not?! What do your little ones wear to bed? Thanks!

My little boy is 2 & sleeps in pyjamas I’ve never had any issues with him having cold feet or wakening up cold! It’s a good time to start with the better weather coming in too, only problem we had was my little boy realised how much he loved bare feet and hated getting socks on the next morning 😂😂😂 xx

We went into pjs at 6 months and never put socks on. He was fine with this then about 6 weeks ago he randomly asked to keep his sock on when getting ready for bed. He can sleep with or without them just made his own preference now he’s a bit older.

We put socks on but I guess it’s just preference! He never complained or asked for them off, can see if your little one has a preference?

My little girl has been in pjs since she was 1 as she hates having things on her feet at night xx

He wears socks at the moment but as it gets warmer we will stop!

My little boy wears socks at the minute but that's just cos it's a colder but soon as weather gets warmer he won't be wearing socks

Thanks everyone. I'll try him with and without and see which he prefers.

As we got more into winter my daughter would wake up cold in the night so we started putting fluffy socks on, before that she was barefoot.

My daughter asks for socks every night. She is in a sleeping bag so I don’t think she needs them. I think she just likes bossing us around and can say ‘socks’.

my 2yo wears socks and has been in pjs since about 1yrs old, he doesn't have a duvet yet as i use togged sleep suit over pjs, because of this he's always had socks on but as the weather gets warmer i'll be trying without soon!
