i'm so sorry to hear about your loss, that's really tough... i know a few people who waited a bit before trying again, like maybe 6 months to a year, just to heal emotionally and physically, but everyone’s journey is different, you know? Just looked it up on the 'Heal App' and here’s what it says: "I'm truly sorry to hear about your loss; that must have been an incredibly difficult experience. Many women who have gone through a stillbirth often find it helpful to connect with others who have had similar experiences. Generally, healthcare providers recommend waiting at least one menstrual cycle before trying to conceive again, but some may suggest waiting longer to allow for emotional and physical healing. It's also important to have a conversation with your healthcare provider about your specific situation, as they can offer tailored advice based on your health history. Have you had a chance to discuss your feelings and plans with a healthcare professional?"
I had a full term still birth due to cord wrapping while in birth suffocating it took us 3 months after healing and hormones regulating to try and get pregnant again, it wasn't a successful pregnancy I had health issues arise that caused a miscarriage but the chances of that occuring to anyone else is severely low to have a miscarriage after body is fully healed after a still birth to have another loss
