Time. You're still a month away, unless there's some medical reason to induce early, you shouldn't want to rush things, and 1.5 is basically nothing. Baby is still developing through 38 weeks. I've been 3 cm for a week and lost a large but if mucous plug 2 days ago, but no actual signs of labor yet.
