How is he supposed to pay child support if he has no money? I’m not trying to start anything I just genuinely don’t know how child support work is it like a monthly payment thing? What happens if u don’t pay? Is it a direct debit thing? Is it like child benefit or universal credit? Sorry if I’m asking too much I just wanna learn xx

Don't take him off. He needs to man up and take care of the children he created. You can fight a Fed case and work.

he has a job it’s just been excuse after excuse he’s been on child support for3 years now. it’s been reduced from 1k to 555 each month. i have a card that’s specifically made for child support he puts the money on there whenever he do pays. and if he doesn’t pay they’ll start suspending all license and then they’ll end up sending a warrant out.
