Tiny bumps/rash
Does anyone know what this is, there is a rash all over my 5 month old’s tummy (may have to zoom in to see the tiny bumps). Doesn’t appear to be anywhere else except his tummy and sides.

Mine has the exact same and so did my first when she was this age! I never did anything about it and it did just go eventually. If it’s not bothering them, I don’t bother it x
My little one seemed to have gotten these same on her back a while ago now. I kept an eye on it for any signs of redness as that usually means it’s getting worse but hers went away in 2 days. I was never sure on what it was. It can’t hurt to call up docs if you’re worried, they usually keep some appointments open for babies and children to be seen. Are you by any chance using any new detergents on the clothes? Sometimes that can cause things like this especially for those with sensitive skin. Definitely keep an eye on it though for redness or any new symptoms
