Poopy nappies *first time mum please help*

My little boy went Monday and Tuesday without pooping, Wednesday morning did a small poo (like liquid) but that was it, Thursday he did one big poo (still liquidy)and then he hasn’t pooed since.
Does anyone have any advice as this is unusual for him, normally I get atleast 1 poo a day but this week has been different.. his 6 weeks old today. Could it be his milk? His having 3, 6oz bottles and 2, 7oz bottles a day.
What other things can I try to help him go, I’ve bathed him, done bicycle legs, rubbed his tummy clockwise. His starting to become uncomfortable and I feel so helpless.

My baby has gone days without pooping since he passed all the miconium so i feel your pain, it's horrible seeing them so uncomfortable and not being able to help. Most people we've spoken to about it have said 3 days without poo is perfectly fine. If your baby continues to struggle, I'd suggest going to your gp and they might prescribe lactulose which works a treat. They're digestive systems are still developing so it's normal for their stools to change in frequency at this age

Our boy is 8 weeks now but in the first few weeks I called the triage midwife line as he hadn’t pooed in 48 hours - they told me as long as it’s not over a week, it’s okay! Sometimes it just happens apparently.

Not sure on any tips to help though, maybe ask the doc!

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

How many words

Just a quick gauge of how many words your little ones are saying at this age. I heard by 15 months it should be 5 words, are most around this mark ?
