How do you write a will?

So I’m dying. And I know that in leaving the world I will be leaving my baby. Currently she’s only 14 months and I’m lucky to have had the time to spend with her as a SAHM / not working. But that means I don’t have much of anything to leave her except for a life insurance policy and maybe an inheritance once my family members die if I can appoint her as the beneficiary? I would also prefer her dad NOT be the one left in charge of her half selfishly because I don’t want him to be able to play pretend and act like he was ever a present or good father at all. And half because he’s a POS and I know he wouldn’t take care of her / would pawn her off on some new woman or his family who all hated me and are old as dirt anyway. Preferably I’d like to list my sister as the guardian or that she go to the foster care system if my sister can’t / doesn’t want to do it. But again idk how to go about like… anything or have to leave my will to anyone since I don’t have a lawyer or attorney already lined up to be the one in charge of it.
