I wanna leave my baddy daddy but he’s treathing me of taking custody of our son and why should I punish him for not seeing his son because he’s working ( meaning he will not see him during the week )
Anyone dealt with a similar situation ?
Will the court favorise the kid being with the mom?

He’s 45??? First red flag . Do you work ? If you are just a stay at home mom and he does everything… pays for everything unfortunately he will have a fighting chance at custody. Off age they should be able to tell you were groomed though …. Prayers to you!
