How to stop grinding teeth
Help! My 9mo just got his first 4 teeth (2 top and bottom) and keeps grinding them. I lightly touch his chin to open his mouth when I catch him. Is there anything else I can do to stop it?

It's scary but it's just cuz they're kinda new lol they stop on their own.
My LO started around 8 months for 2-3 weeks then hasn’t done it since. Hate to say it might just be a wait it out kinda thing 😬
