Circumcision- Aftercare
Salam all,
My son is 2 months and we are yet to do his circumcision.. We are mainly worried about the aftercare.
Aside from plastibell method are there any other methods?
Do all methods have the same kind of aftercare and what do I have to be on the lookout for?

@Fahmida apparently you have to apply a gel as well 'instillagel' or something like that for the pain-to help numb the area. Is healing two weeks?
I remember this time it was so stressful for me as a first time mom just using a lot of a&d ointment on the tip of the prnis and cover it with guaz I would put a lot like soooo much so he won’t feel the pain and it will heal fast just get it over with honestly the longer you wait the harder ut will be for you and him

This is the best time to do it sis! Baby won’t remember and baby won’t move about much so won’t feel so bad. After care is just about keeping it dry which is hard but you can do it. Do nappy changes quickly and wipe with cotton wool and water instead of wipes. It actually heals quickly Alhamdulilah. The cap falls off on its own so don’t tug on it. You got this!
