MILK

Hey everyone! Has anyone else noticed their bub drinking less milk? My little one is 7 months, almost 8 (AUG 11), and recently he hasn’t been drinking as much as he used to. We’ve only introduced one solid meal a day so far, but sometimes he’ll only take 50-60ml instead of his usual 180-200ml. He’s still having a normal number of wet nappies, but I’m a bit concerned. Has anyone experienced this?

Yeah my 7 month old does the same thing
I tried to offer small bottles more frequently that seems to work
But most food ends up on the floor or the bib 😂

My almost 8mo is similar (august 14) but I do a mix of BLW and purees, so even if he chucks all the blw snacks, he still has a puree after! We've also been on solids since 4 mo with Dr approval

I found a solution guys, he drink much better with straw cups than milk bottles 🙈

I started with a regular straw, filled it with water, covered one end with my finger, then put the other end in his mouth and slowly let the water out so he could feel how it works. Did that for about a week, and also let him play around with a straw bottle. We tried a few type of bottles, but the smaller straws worked best, like BBox or Grosmimi!

i also showed him how to suck with duck face 🤣🤣 and let him mimic haha

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Every bath she goes in quite happy but will only stay like this for a very few mins, if I try to clean her or move her we have tears and after a few mins the same. It's like she is scared. Our current baby bath is quite big should I try a different one? Looking for any suggestions as want her to enjoy bath time not be upset and I'm scared I'm going to make her hate it😢💗

Crying during feeding

Hey mams! My girl is 6 weeks on Monday and is having so much trouble with feeding. It doesn’t happen every feed but more often than not she will start a bottle and just start crying as if she’s in pain and she can’t take the milk. I think it’s trapped wind but I genuinely don’t know what to do it’s so pitiful to see her not be able to feed! She’s formula fed and on HiPP Organic.
Anyone else been in this position? I’m pretty sure it’s just a bit of trapped wind that she needs to fart out but can’t! If anyone has any advice I’d be very grateful as I think I may need to tape my eyelids open soon 😂
