The BLW groups are very insistent on waiting until they are exactly 1amd not a day before. I have 1 tub left and I'm not buying more, I've started swapping some formula for cows milk and when this tin is done she won't be on any formula anymore
Some have been putting an Oz of cows in with their formula to start the change over - maybe you could do that? So 7oz formula 1oz cows and then up cows reduce formula
@Jayde it's funny isn't it, as if magically overnight on their first birthday things will change 🤣
Mine is breastfed but she’s been having cows milk when i’m not around for about a month. We didn’t see the point of getting her used to formula and switching again. She has it with porridge & in cheese anyway. I really wouldn’t worry for 10 days!
Mine is 1 in 9 days, and I offered cows milk first time yesterday even though I have formula left just to see how he takes it! Couple of days isn’t going to make a world of difference. Don’t worry about it x
We switched a couple of days before and she’s 1 on Monday xx
It'll be fine to switch when it runs out! Worst case you can do 50/50 with the cows milk and formula to get baby used to a different taste, I done that with my first and doing it with my second this week too
