I had the exact same issue! Just slow and steady. Breathe through it and it gets easier. (If you want to carry on that is!) but listen to your body

I’ve had two emcs… after the first one we first tried at 10 weeks and it felt very dry and not painful as such but uncomfortable. I was also EBF and hormones/BF are known to cause dryness and changes to sex. We just went slow and slowly built back up. By 4 months PP it was feeling ok. Only just 6 weeks and haven’t tried this time yet but can tell it’ll probably be similar with dryness and hormone.BF changes.
O just didn’t have sex until 9 weeks post pp and I didn’t even come back with anything only a graze xx
I had a third degree tear and did the deed for the first time at 7 weeks pp. first tried where I was on my back and it was excruciating, changed position to on my knees and husband behind me and i had no pain whatsoever, so maybe try changing position? X
Not I'm the same situation as we've not had sex yet but I've seen alot of people say that even though they have a c section sex was painful for a few weeks
