C section PP movement
What week did you move around normally after a c section? Like sit on the floor? Get in and out of bed normally, do light chores around the house, etc?
I’m 2.5 weeks PP and even though I don’t really have anymore pain, I’m taking it easy because I’m afraid my stitches will pop… but wondering, do I still need to be as careful?

Im 3 weeks pp c section and im the same i forgot what i was doing and stretched in bed in my stoamch if that makes sense and it was sore i was worried id done damage lol ive sat on the floor and was hard to get back up so wont be doing that for a while again
I think the scar was fully closed around week 3 or 4, I was still careful not to do too much or put pressure on myself to do things until it stopped hurting when I moved in certsi ways xxx

Once your scar is fully closed you'll feel more confident moving around normally, at least I did, prior to that I was just careful and did normal things but listened to my body. I also asked for help of needed. My partner only had a week off so I had to be able to get up and move around more xxx
