I think it’s when they are 11lbs? It should say on the insert xx

I think it depends on the brand? Ours was when they reached a certain length x

General rule of thumb when they fit in to snuggly to be comfortable check the instructions

I was also wondering this. My boys almost 9 weeks and we’re still using it. I feel he’s still to wee to go in the seat without. He was 11lb last weighed so he’s not a wee boy but just doesn’t seem big enough yet x

It’s the Egg3 but i can’t seem to find where it states, he still looks ok in there he was 10lb 4oz a few weeks ago so will be 11lb+ but he’s still so small 🙈 x

We have the pebble pro 2 and we took ours out. It says up to 60cm and my little girl is under that but she physically wouldn’t fit into her car seat anymore

Ours was a length and it said estimated 12 weeks but I don’t know how that’s possible, my son was out of it by week 6, his ears were all squished up and his shoulders were pushed forward

@Charlotte have you tried googling? I have the oyster 3 so also baby style and mine is up to 60cm if that helps? My boy is 8 weeks 2 days and we’ve taken ours out as he’s now 60cm exactly, but leaving the headrest in for now I also have a cybex 360 car seat and I believe I can start using that now but I’m scared 🫣😂x

we took ours out at 5.5 weeks as my baby already hit the maximum for it by then x

@Jess yeah it doesn’t show anything, but i put him in today & thought nope its time so ive taken it out, i should think he’s 60cm now & 11lbs as he wasn’t far off when health visitor came other week. Thankyou, its scary swapping isn’t it you never know what to do 🙈😂 x
