they do say it’s not good but I’m stressing a bit too about different things and I’m so snappy uughhh

It’s not harmful for your baby, it’s just that baby can « feel » your stress (at least this is what they say) and might be fussier than usual because of it. Do not overthink this. A mum that is never stressed, upset or nervous doesn’t exist! Your baby will be absolutely fine 🫶🏻

@Laura thankyou so much laura🥹this is so reassuring you’re an angel ! 🩷xx

It’s physically impossible not to stress at some points, don’t worry about it too much. If you are stressing all day everyday then you might want to consider seeing a doctor for help😊

I was super stressed at the end of my pregnancy due to losing access to all our money and struggling to get by day to day and my baby arrived safely and healthy in January. You’re baby will be fine, there isn’t a way to get through 9/10 months without stressing! Xx

I had extreme anxiety and stress the whole pregnancy and in the 2 weeks we’ve had baby home I am shocked with how chill she has been so far
