Eating decline

So I’m 14 weeks almost 15, and I haven’t been really up to eating anything this past week at all, I’ll eat little things and such, I can’t eat a full meal tho, I’m drinking a lot of water of course but food wise , it almost feels forced to eat , is anyone else feeling this way? I don’t wanna feel as if somethings wrong with me or something I also don’t wanna lose more weight than I have, I was declining a lot more in the first trimester when I didn’t know I was pregnant, which was so out of the ordinary for me then once I found out I was like that explains because I could always eat 3 maybe more meals through out the day , I’m a small girl but i definitely love my food so it’s very out of the ordinary for me to decline like this again .

I’m in the same boat. No clue why it’s happening, was curious too

i’ve been the same way my appetite is a lot smaller and i can only eat small amounts of food at a time or i feel sick. my ob said it’s fine as the baby will take what it needs from your fat stores, its most important to stay hydrated and try to snack/graze on small meals all day whatever you can tolerate. i’m petite too so i think my digestive system is having a harder time adjusting to having less space in there

That’s definitely common, I had this in both my first and current pregnancy. I just snack all throughout the day I don’t eat full meals anymore.

Yes. I've felt like this in all my pregnancies, and it's worse this time- maybe because it's twins. I throw up if I eat too much and feel too full. I have to eat small meals/snacks. It's hard to do that, though, due to just being so busy and just not really wanting a lot of things. It's very common.
