8 week jabs

Did anybody else’s baby really suffer after the 8 week jabs? She had them at 10am. She’s completely inconsolable when awake and stirring a lot in her sleep. She’s hardly drinking. I just about managed to get some calpol down her but it’s made no difference. I don’t know what else to do🥺

My little one was exactly the same! She was completely inconsolable and wasn’t drinking much at all, she had her jabs yesterday but todays she’s doing a lot better, really sleepy still but she’s feeding better and is a bit happier, I would say just give her loads of cuddles and see how she’s doing tomorrow x

thank you, made me feel a lot better. It’s so hard when they’re just screaming and you can’t do anything isn’t it🥲 I hope your little one is back to normal by tomorrow for you xx

Mine did :( she’s now 9 ! But she was absolutely awful after them. The same with the boosters etc red hot, temperature, wouldn’t be put down. It did only last for 48 hours

no worries at all, it is so hard to see them screaming like that I completely understand but I think it’s normal for them to be extra fussy and just think they’ve had two jabs in both legs they must be achy from that but honestly today she’s a lot better I’m sure your little one will be tomorrow too xx

Did you know this was a thing?

Didn’t know this existed! I’m actually not breastfeeding 2nd time round (though wish I did) after a bad experience with my 1st baby. But this is something I 100% needed 1st time round.

Screeching baby

I have twin boys, 5months.

One is very quiet

The other... is like a pterodactyl who screeches when bored, tired, hungry, as soon as he wake up to be held etc...
This habit has only just started!

Has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last?
So far it has been about 5 days 😭😭😭😭

Fighting naps

Does anybody else feel like they spend all day trying to get baby to nap? I get tempted to give up as he must not be that tired but he is too cranky to play or do anything else!

Joie Signature Parcel LX lightweight stroller

Has anyone got this stroller? Up until now we have used our mamas and papas ocarro and we love it. However we are going on holiday in June and looking at a lightweight stroller to take with us. I'm not bothered if it fits in overheard locker, I would rather have decent wheels on the stroller and this one does have slightly bigger wheels than most travel strollers we have seen. Has anyone used this stroller abroad or got any other recommendations? TIA x

Any experience with different teats?

Hey Mamas

So my little girl is exclusively breastfed but she wont even take FRESHLY PUMP milk from the bottle. I had a whole 4oz that was going to waste and baby girl was just massanging her gums and smiling lol :/
Ive tried adding extra holes with a needle, the ol' switcheroo (BF first then switch ti bottle) but she's very keen and notices straight away.
Im currently using Nuby and Tommee silicone bottles, and I would like to try more softer, boob-like teats.

Id ideally like her to take a bottle so Dad can give me a REAL break yknow.

Has anyone had this same experience? Any teats one would recommend?
Thank you in advance!
