Boy name
Hi all! I'm having a baby boy with my Austrian partner and we really like the name Arlo. We live in the UK. Do you think kids or people in Austria/Germany would associate the name with "arschloch" and make fun of him ? I really appreciate your responses!

I think it’s a lovely name. And No surely not. I don’t think they will. Although look how many names you could make fun of.. almost all, so don’t worry about it. Kids will be kids and they’ll make up all sorts of shit

I’d say some would do. Maybe not everyone. I would also ask relatives/ friends over there. Here we are all a bit ‚anglified‘, so might not have the most useful gut responses anymore
