Can any second time mums let me know
If they had a sweep in their first pregnancy did it bring on labour?
My first was born early so I didn’t have a sweep first time round.

Took a couple of attempts but it did start it.
Not a second time mum but I had a sweep done Wednesday at 39 + 1 I was barely dilated 1cm and didn’t do anything. I was in a little pain from it and uncomfortable I’ve got my second sweep on Thursday my due date is the 15th x
Second time mom, had a sweep on Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm, at 40+5 weeks. Labor started at 1 am. Baby was born at 4:40 am the night Friday to Saturday.
I had 2 this time, 1st made me lose my plug andthe 2nd one sent me into labour 2 hours later I was contracting and 4cm dilated
