I have such bad tendinitis in both my elbows, and my left wrist and hand. Plus swelling in my left hand/arm. It makes it feel like going to the gym is pointless because I can’t grip anything from the pain. My 1yr old is such a Velcro baby I spend most of my day carrying her. And before you tell me to just put her down and let her cry. Don’t. I just can’t, I’m already overstimulated enough with my homeschooled 7yr old and life.
Anyone have any tips to help with the tendonitis? I’m doing cold laser treatments, wrapping with a castor oil wrap to help the inflammation, taking an omega 3, and a joint supplement. I pack my baby in a carrier and use a hip thing but I can’t do them for very long because my abs are separated still.

I have it in both wrists. I ice my wrists at night, and wear braces when I sleep/she naps. If it's too bad, I'll take ibuprofen. The braces have honestly helped so much. I bought them off amazon.

I had similar wrist, hand and arm pain & my chiropractor recommended some exercises for the back of my neck which helped within a day of doing them - sitting or standing straight, push your chin straight back & hold for 3 seconds. 10 reps like this every hour of the day if you can. Somehow it helps the discs in the neck which in my case were causing so much hand pain.

I got it good in one arm during a time when I was being super active (I think it came down to playing loads of Racquetball and lifting weights) I stopped playing, I stopped lifting weights, I stopped working out, I would ice, use a strap thing, and tried self massage. The THING that really solved it 100% for me was getting deep tissue massages once a week until it was gone. I'm talking DEEP tissue. I had bruises. I'm back to lifting heavier than before but I haven't gotten back into playing Racket ball regularly yet, it's not as easy to go play now unfortunately. Best of luck to you!!! I hope you find relief soon!!
