Brushing baby’s teeth

My baby hates brushing and won’t allow to put the brush in his mouth. Any advice on how to deal with this?

I find my little boy doesn’t like me brushing them when he has teeth coming through with a normal toothbrush but he will let me do it with the finger silicone one instead so I switch back to that when I can see some coming. X

I brushed my teeth infront of her a lot and made it a thing she was interested in, I also bought her a light up toothbrush and I get all excited for teeth brushing time, she won’t let me do it when she has teeth coming in and if not still only opens her mouth only now after months of trying and only for me to do each side for a few seconds.. It’s SO hard but keep trying Mama it’ll happen 💛

Mine doesn't like it either, sometimes she will but then she'll grab the brush and scream murder if i take it off her so it's like a lose lose situation. We brush her teeth every other day really

The only toothbrush my son will use is the brush baby electric one. Was a game changer for us!

I sit my daughter on the toilet and brush my teeth in front of her, she always gets curious and laughs at me so I hand her hers and she does it too and “mummy helps” x

We have Miss Apple on for 5 minutes and she’s mesmerised and I brush them then. I let her bite down on the brush and then I work my way around and wait for her to release and then swivel it around a bit and so on on the bottom (when her tongues not getting on the way lol).
She doesn’t get Miss Apple miss Rachael or that kinda tv now these days since we moved house and luckily she’s more into the layout of our place is much easier to entertain her so she’s more into being busy round the house or books at the moment bizarrely 😵‍💫
But im afraid Miss Apple for that short stint is the only way in the evening I can get away with it. Sometimes I’ll do them while I can on the daytime when she’s not aggy and tired and we’re on the changing mat and she’s in a good mood.
