I saw a post a while ago about partners being able to stay overnight after birth but it was a 3 month trial, does anyone know if that’s still the case?

It was 10 weeks ago when I had my little one. Although he had to sleep on a chair 😂

They extended the trial for another 3 months from March (when the initial trial ended). It now ends at the beginning of June. But I’m hoping it permanently like this because I’m due at the end of June and have to stay for at least 1 night postnatally

It wasn’t the case in November 2024

yeah that’s what I’m hoping too, not due till sept. It’ll make such a difference having the support x

I had my daughter on Thursday and my partner was allowed to stay. They’ve extended it for another 3 months x

i also had my little girl on Thursday! Hope you’re doing okay!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Is it normal to celebrate Eid by drinking alcohol and partying non stop … doesn’t that just go against the whole month of Ramadan im so confused

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

Pregnancy nose 😭🤣

I thought it was a myth but when I look back at pictures of me pregnant with my first child, my nose literally swelled up so big it was ridiculous 🤣

Please tell me other people have had pregnancy nose or at least heard of it hahahah dreading it this time around

40+2 still no baby

I got a membrane sweep when I hit 40 weeks (hurt like hell btw) and what I THOUGHT was my mucus plug a few weeks ago clearly wasn’t it cause now I believe I just lost it and grossed myself out thinking my water broke lol induction set for the day I hit 41 weeks tho I’m terrified 😩
