Hey all! I've been lifting for a dozen years, up until the day I gave birth with all 3 of my babies, but damn am I proud of my progress. I took a deep dive and became a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach... the differences in my body after learning how to structure and progress my workouts and dial in my nutrition has been mind-blowing.

Incredible! I keep wanting to get into lifting but struggle to. You look amazing mama!

Wow, you look amazing. I wouldn’t even know where to start. I am six months postpartum and have just been feeling sorry for myself and not diving in and figuring out what I need to do to get back to where I wanna be.

@Danielle thank you!! Nothing like a dozen years of trial and error before getting fed up and investing in myself 😆 my goal is to always be able to out run and lift my kids for as long as possible!

@Kim start small with habits that are easy to keep doing, like being more cognizant of how much you're sitting vs moving and try to increase your daily movement. Once you get used to that and it's just habit, focus on something else, like increasing your protein intake (should aim for roughly 1g per ideal body weight) Progress over perfection and adopting habits that become a lifestyle!
I hope that helps!

I’ve been also lifting for many years and have been happy with my progress (15 months PP) but also know I should be much further along. Recently did a challenge and the women who had the most change prioritized steps so I’ve been doing that lately too. What would you say were the MOST efficient changes?? You look INCREDIBLE

@Whitney NEAT (Non exercise activity thermogenesis) is the biggest component of your metabolism, so makes complete sense that the women who lost the most increased their movement (steps)
I find it hard to find the one thing that would make the most impact, but the saying "can't out-train a bad diet" holds tons of validity. You can follow the best workout program, but if you aren't fueling yourself properly, you won't see the results like you want.

You look phenomenal.

@Mae thank you!

@Liza thank you!! And I still eat the cookies, pizza and have a drink or two on the weekends!

Wow you go girl!

@Angelica thank you!! All about consistency and progressive overload!
