Can definitely relate! My anxiety has been creeping up the last couple of weeks too, and my energy is going way down. Luckily, the weather is getting nicer here and I’m hoping to start getting outside more. Give yourself grace when it comes to not feeling productive. You’re creating a whole human from scratch 😅. Try to do more stuff that you know will make you happy, even if it takes away from getting things done. Managing stress levels is important for your health right now, so that’s enough of an excuse to put things off if you need to!
Yes it's largely hormonal. I was reading about this a few weeks ago. Your fight or flight response goes up in the third trimester but luckily it goes back down a few weeks or so before labor. I guess it's a survival thing. I find excercises helps even if I am tired.
Hi I Am feeling the same way, after passover dinner on Saturday i barely felt the baby move i was so busy and today i felt like i was taking it out on everyone and now after i had a delicious salmón lunch I’m feeling the baby I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I hit the third trinester on Wednesday and have my ob appointment and I’m so anxious as I’ll shall recieved the GD results back and etc. my mom wants to start planning the baby shower but I’m just like let’s hold off till after the appointment. I’ve noticed feeling anxious too but I hope you find a way to calm down and feel better whatever the reassurance takes My mom said it’s okay the baby is Resting etc And as far as energy I feel the same way for example I clean my whole house the next day it’s dirty again and I just don’t have the same energy to clean up everyday. I get so anxious because people expect us to have the same energy to clean up instead of Realizing everything it took for us to get it done in the first place.
