Yes you can. More common when breastfeeding but you can also get it during pregnancy. Speak to your gp or midwife about it and they can advise. If it is thrush is quickly resolved so definitely book in to speak to someone about it.

I don’t know if this helps, I’ve been using lanolin nipple cream. It’s mainly for breast feeding etc but been amazing personally! Got it off Amazon a lot cheaper than in shops etc

I’ve been using La Roche posay cicaplast on mine which helps!

My nipples has been itching to clean it off and moisturise them ,coconut oil, olive oils, coco butter and applied 2/3 times daily. This will even help if you’re planning to breastfeed. Helps soften the nipples so it’s not painful while breastfeeding.
