Anyone got any natural (no steroid) recommendations?

My baby had really dry red patches I'd say they might've turn into eczema if not treated. Using Vaseline before bedtime at body + face healed everything. He also had a bit of cradle cup on eyebrows as well as behind his ears it helped with this too. Worth giving it a go. Also having bath at warm but not too warm water as I'd say too warm could possibly increase the redness and dryness.

Could try pure shea butter. As that leaves a protective barrier on the skin. I think it depends on how severe it is

yeah it definitely looks worse after a bath, so maybe I will try to reduce the temperature.
Thank you!

it’s not that severe yet, so want to get on top of it now.
Thank you!

@Emj that's good. I wish I got on top of hers sooner. Although they said its a bad case of cradlecap. But shea is good at nourishing and also oat soak baths. I still use that one

Not exactly natural but we found adding a few drops of Oilatum bath additive to my son’s bath really helped x

Fresh aloe vera( drain the yellow bit out by cutting it and leaving it upside down for about 15min) and cantu mango seed butter worked wonders (only 3 ingredients) , mango seed supposedly treats inflammation

Vaseline or coconut oil x

Kokoso baby soft balm has worked wonders for my boy. All natural ingredients and organic xx

Sudocrem. My hv recommended putting no soaps in his bath and then moisturising the dry patches whenever you could for example when changing his nappy or just whenever the dry parts are exposed. She recommended aveeno moisturiser as its natural made from oak milk I believe. The greasier the moisturiser is the better if you didn’t want to use the aveeno x

I bought some e45 moisturiser and seems to have cleared it, it’s not even dry anymore just use it twice a day once in the morning and once before bed
